Sunrise Books ReviewPrivate internal tool

Sunrise Psychiatry, PLLC

End-User License Agreement

Version: October 27, 2026 · Applies upon publication

1. Operator and permitted use

Sunrise Books Review is operated by Sunrise Psychiatry, PLLC (“Operator”). The Operator grants approved users limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the tool for authorized internal accounting review. It is not a public accounting service or a service for unrelated QuickBooks companies.

By using the tool after these terms are published, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Reading this website alone does not connect a company or grant access. Users must be authorized to access the relevant company and follow the Operator’s information-handling rules.

2. Evaluation and connection scope

The current implementation connects only to an Intuit test company. Real-company access is disabled and requires separately approved setup and authorization. These terms do not enable that access.

The tools are limited to approved company, account, report, journal-entry, and purchase reads and searches. They do not provide transaction creation, editing, deletion, payroll changes, or payment initiation. Intuit’s accounting authorization may describe broader access than the tool exposes; the tool’s own controls enforce its read-only scope.

Do not bypass access controls, substitute another company, disclose credentials, share access without permission, or use the tool unlawfully. Keep Sunrise’s login separate from other companies’ logins. Do not submit patient records, clinical information, or other protected health information.

3. AI assistance and verification

The assistant may produce explanations, calculations, reconciliation suggestions, and summaries. Results can be incomplete or incorrect. Check material conclusions against source records and obtain appropriate professional review before relying on them for adjustments, payroll, tax positions, filings, or other consequential decisions.

The tool does not replace an accountant, tax adviser, attorney, or required professional judgment. A suggestion does not authorize changes to the books or movement of money.

4. Data and third-party services

Use involves Intuit and, when AI analysis is requested, OpenAI. Relevant prompts and accounting results may be sent to OpenAI as explained in the Privacy Policy. Submit information only when its processing is authorized under applicable organizational rules, law, and provider agreements.

Third-party services remain subject to their own agreements and availability. These terms do not expand rights granted by those services or establish that a particular production-processing arrangement meets their requirements.

The Operator does not acquire ownership of accounting records merely by processing them. Third-party software, trademarks, and services remain subject to their owners’ rights; applicable open-source licenses continue to govern their respective components.

5. Availability and changes

The tool depends on the authorized device, network, service providers, and valid permissions. Uninterrupted availability and error-free results are not guaranteed. The Operator may suspend access for security concerns, lost authorization, or provider requirements.

Material changes to capabilities, permitted use, or data practices require review and notice to authorized users. Additional companies, new data recipients, or write capabilities require separate authorization; acceptance of these terms does not authorize those changes.

6. Ending access

An authorized user may disconnect through QuickBooks’ integration-management controls or request help from the support contact. The Operator may end access when a user no longer needs or is no longer authorized to use the tool.

Disconnection does not automatically delete reports, conversations, local credentials, or provider-held records. Their handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Contact and scope

These terms do not authorize payments, accounting changes, or filings on a user’s behalf, and do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. No service fees, indemnity obligation, contractual liability cap, or exclusive venue are established by these terms.
